These Terms govern access to the CipherMesh website and, when released, the CipherMesh application. By using CipherMesh, you agree to these Terms.
1. Development status
CipherMesh is currently in development. Website descriptions express the product’s intended design and direction and are not a guarantee that every feature is currently available. The official Android application will be distributed through channels identified by CipherMesh.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use CipherMesh to violate law, harm others, distribute malware, exploit minors, infringe rights, interfere with services or devices, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for your communications and conduct.
3. Your security responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your device, cryptographic identity, private keys, recovery material, and backups. CipherMesh may be unable to recover an identity or content if recovery information is lost.
4. Intellectual property
CipherMesh, its name, brand elements, product concepts, original technical architecture, functional design, website, and associated materials are owned by Musham Khan or their applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. 5. Third-party and peer services
Network communication may depend on internet providers, device platforms, peer devices, and other third parties we do not control. Their availability, conduct, and terms are outside our responsibility.
6. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, CipherMesh is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, permanent availability, compatibility with every device, or absolute security. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CipherMesh and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of access, or conduct of other users or network participants arising from use of CipherMesh.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, modify the service, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or product operation. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
